We have a job to do. We must repossess this earth.
It doesn’t belong to Satan. God is the possessor of
heaven and earth. This assignment can only be
accomplished by His Spirit. God will take control of
the earth when born-again, new creatures like you
and me allow the Spirit of God to have control of us!

Some people misunderstand that statement, saying,
“Well, God can do anything He wants to. He doesn’t
need man to control the earth. He’s God.” Yes, God
can do anything He wants to, but He wants man to
control the earth through Him.

Adam was to dominate and subdue the earth by
obeying God. His plan is for those who are born of
Him to rule the earth in His love and truth. These
new creatures who walk and talk and act like their
Father are to be controlled by His Holy Spirit and
His love.

God’s desire is for man and He wants man’s desire
to be for Him. In His dealings with man, God’s stand
has always been “I want him to want Me.” He has
said, “Seek Me and you’ll find Me.” “Honor Me and I
will honor you.” This allows Him to be God in our
midst and welcomes His presence in the earth. God
has always desired to be in the midst of His people.

You can see this in the Garden of Eden and in His
dealings with the children of Israel, especially in the
book of Exodus. His dream will come to pass
(Revelation 21:3-7). He will dwell among His people.

The fearful, the unbelieving, the abominable,
murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolators and
liars will be removed from the earth and God will be
at home here (Revelation 21:8).
